11 months

11 months already. This has been a fast 20 months. He is standing and balancing for 3 - 4 seconds at a time but then squats down to the catcher position. Hasn't taken a free standing step yet. When he finally does, it will be tough since I know he will fall and then cry. Guess that is all part of growing up. He is transitioning to a bottle each night for dinner before bed. We started Sunday . Of course when we lay him in his crib he cries. The first 3 nights for almost 30 min. Wednesday night it was closer to 20 minutes so maybe he is accepting falling asleep in the crib instead of falling asleep eating. His first recognizable word besides Sasha or Forrest is fan. He now realizes when we flip the switch the fan will come on. I flipped it on yesterday and he immediately pointed and looked at the fan. Then a while later I said fan and he looked up and pointed.
